Europe's internal wars have shattered its civilization materially and spiritually and weakened its driving power. Further conflict could weaken it irreparably. The goal of this project is to strengthen and maintain the internal stability of Europe using the bunkers - vestiges of war - by symbolically inverting their function.

The laying aside of weapons is an indispensable condition for inner peace. Economic and religious conflicts must also disappear to preserve the new cohesion.

Europe is studded with bunkers. Despite the diversity of their functions, they inevitably remind us of a terrible and not too distant past.

In the future, some of these grey massive blocks may no longer be considered only as the spectre of an obscure past we would prefer to forget, but as the mirrors of the present, reflecting a peaceful and constructive revival.
